Spirits of the Jar

As a freshly dead spirit you were put in charge of guarding a jar containing the most evil spirits in the universe when suddenly the jar shattered. Not wanting to be blamed for this blunder you have embarked on trying to track down those spirits. Unfortunately those evil spirits have hidden themselves amongst the population of several mortal worlds using their abilities to possess the bodies of these mortals to hide themselves amongst the populous.

Being a spirit yourself you can also possess mortals. Use that ability to enter these worlds. Investigate as to where the evil spirits might be hiding, then find and defeat those evil spirits.

Battles in Spirits of the Jar are fought via a collectable card game. Find cards and build decks to fight the denizens of each world. Cards can be acquired through combat or by buying them in a shop. Try not to interfere too heavily in the affairs of mortals lest it divert the eyes of the authorities of the spirit realm who wont look kindly on anyone who let the most evil of spirits go free.

Early Access: This game is currently in early access. The game is feature complete but currently is lacking in content. If you are interested please continue to follow this games development because I have lots of things to add.

AI Art: This version of Spirits of the Jar uses a lot of AI art. If you aren't comfortable with that please don't compromise your morals by supporting this game. Unfortunately as it stands I cant afford an artist so I'm using this technology to generate place holder art for the game. I  would like to change this at some point and if I get the assets necessary I will switch out the art for something drawn by an actual artist. If you choose to try this game or not I will continue to respect you and your choices.
